For the rice pancakes Soak 1 cup rice and 1/2 cup lentils separately for about 4-6 hrs. Grind it and add salt ,leave to ferment in a warm place for a few hours or overnight.
In a pan sauté onions .
when slightly brown add the paste and mince after a minute. Step 3 brown on high heat for about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes,add a bit of water if too dry. Step 5 Season with salt.Then add green chilis ,fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime juice to the pan before serving .
Make the rice pancakes on a hot girdle. Plate the pancakes and spoon the mince mixture over it to enjoy a wonderful meal.

Grind and add some sea salt flakes The dry spices can be stored,we will use only half for the steaks
Rub the venison with the dry spices mixed with a tbsp of oil and the molasses.
leave for about 30 minutes
grill,then let them rest and squeeze some lime before serving.
